Merchiston Community Council will be holding its first ever virtual Annual General Meeting on 15th September 2020. This will take place on Zoom from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
The meeting is open to all, but we will be sending out the Zoom meeting details by email. If you would like to attend, please let us know by emailing merchistonmedia@gmail.com with the subject line ‘AGM’.
As this is a public meeting, we encourage residents to get in touch as soon as possible with any issues they wish to have discussed, to make sure that we can have them on the agenda. We encourage you to pass this information on.

Leamington Terrace residents would like the issue of blocked gullies which have not been maintained as far as we can ascertain, this year to be raised with Councillors. It probably caused flooding to nr 10 ground floor flats on the 11th August storm. Also the appalling condition of pavements in the general area. Annette Pollock no 20 LT
