Lothian buses have issued a service update due to the resurfacing works planned for Gilmore Place. This affects the bus routes 10 and 27 between the roundabout at ColintonRoad/Polwarth Terrace and Home Street (Cameo Cinema), starting on 26th January *not 19th as per the information we first received.
Both routes will be diverted along Colinton Road to Holy Corner and then via Bruntsfield to Tollcross, following the route of the 45.
This will mean inconvenience for many of our residents who will have to walk considerably further to reach their nearest stop and we can but hope that the works are completed before time!
