CEC invites responses to a public consultation on its review of the Public Entertainment Resolution and Licence Conditions.
Given the expanding range of activities in Edinburgh which require a licence to ensure public safety and to prevent crime, and in order to review and modernise the licensing conditions the Regulatory Committee approved a consultation on activities which should become licensable under the Public Entertainment Resolution. CEC is hoping to receive responses to the consultation from anyone with a view on public entertainment licensing.
